WHAT IS PRODUCT CERTIFICATION?

As a product certification body accredited by TÜRKAK, we provide the most appropriate service to the needs of the producer and the consumer, as well as providing the third party assurance that the product complies with the specified standards. The product certificate certifies that the product is consistently produced in accordance with the same standards. This process is carried out on a product basis, not on a company basis.

BENEFITS OF THE PRODUCT CERTIFICATION PROCESS

As an accredited organization within the scope of TS EN / IEC / ISO 17065 standard, the TÜRKAK logo on the documents ensures national and international validity. Preferring accredited certified products;

It improves business operations and reduces risks.

It provides an opportunity to enter the international market.

The problems arising from the supply process are eliminated and the cost arising from the risks is reduced.

It increases the productivity of the company by eliminating the need for the manufacturers to make continuous inspections in their production activities.

The fact that product certification activities are based on objective records increases customer satisfaction by providing companies with a direction for continuous improvement.

PRODUCT CERTIFICATION – LVT Cert

Our product certification activity process starts with the application form we send to our companies. After the application is evaluated and recorded as appropriate, an audit plan is created for the audit process in agreement with the company. During the audits, using the OD CIG023 Technical Review Report, the auditors check that the quality management system is actively processed and routine experiments are carried out. As a result of the audit, nonconformities, if any, are determined by the audit team. With the successful closing of the nonconformities of the companies, the certification process begins with the approval of the audit team, the third party decision maker and the certification manager. In order to document continuity, our organization carries out a production site inspection every 11-13 months.

The standard provides requirements that can be used consistently to ensure materials, products, processes and services are fit for purpose.

Building a safe and secure product requires organizations to have well-defined processes and methods for planning, design, development, testing, implementation and decommissioning.

A label is attached to a product that proves its compliance with a certain standard and shows that the production is inspected with the following inspection process. After the certification certificate is issued, the certification body will continuously inspect the factory and inspect randomly selected products to ensure that there is no reduction in safety.

Product testing and certification bodies evaluate a product based on objective criteria. This does not mean that the product is good or of good quality or fit for the purpose someone would want to put it on. Compliance of a product to the tested standard simply indicates that it meets or does not meet the requirements of a standard.
